When you decide to sell a home, you should expect outstanding service and dedication. I can provide that.  I am a real estate agent who has the knowledge to lead a successful real estate transaction.

Together with my office, mortgage, escrow, inspection and title companies, we strive to provide our clients with the great service and we will try hardest to make all transactions run smoothly.

After 15 years as a local Real Estate Agent I have come to realize that a smooth purchase and sale is the most important thing to a buy and seller. Your home is an investment with roots so to speak. If given the chance, I would like to provide you with some extremely valuable information and services at no cost to you. The only thing I ask is that you at least consider selecting me as your Real Estate Agent when you buy or sell your home.

My job as an agent For Buyers and Sellers:

  • To provide a marketing plan for the property to include, as appropriate, recommended promotion and other activities, alone with a “schedule of events” outlining those marketing steps mutually agreed upon.
  • Furnish a written Competitive Market Analysis to help you determine the most effective price for your property you want to buy or sale.
  • Review various financing alternatives and assist you in determining those which best enhance the salability of your property. Point you to a good mortgage company.
  • Have the Capitol Realty for sale sign installed on your property, with your permission and subject to local ordinances.
  • Provide regular progress reports along with title and escrow throughout the marketing, pending and closing periods and discuss with your comments received about the property.
  • Show your property to qualified buyers and sellers.

Submit to you all written offers as presented; assist with negotiations; and provide an estimate of your net sales proceeds and costs prior to acceptance. 

Why I chose Real Estate

I have chosen real estate as my job, because I believe that everyone should have a home, I like being a part of the process helping you as buyers and sellers come together. I am a graduate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and retired from the Boeing after 23 years. I worked as real estate agent while at Boeing for my last 10 years there, that’s when I decided I needed more time to do help you the people with their selling and purchasing of property.
